Isn’t failure.

This pattern doesn’t always look obvious.

 

It shows up in thoughts like:

“If I can’t do it perfectly, I might as well not do it at all.”

“I already messed up today, so I’ll just restart tomorrow.”

“I’ll be really strict this week to make up for it.”

“I need to get back on track.”

 

It feels like you’re trying to do better.

 

But underneath it…

There’s a rule:

You start strong
You feel motivated
You do everything “right”

Something shifts
Life happens
You feel off track

“I already messed up”

You let go of everything

Guilt + frustration

“I need to start over”

 

And then it repeats.
